A POSITIVE MIND

Being kind in todays world is as important as ever. Being kind to yourself is even more crucial. We tend to live outside of ourselves, focusing on other people and things that we leave ourselves in the back seat. We deserve to be treated just as kindly. Our thoughts have such an impact on our mental and physical health. Unfortunately as humans we tend to think more negative than positive thoughts throughout the day, it takes conscious effort to filter out the bad and allow in only the positive. But feeding your mind with kind words can change your life dramatically, Something happens to a woman when she does this, she begins to exude a certain kind of beauty that literally shine through her eyes. You begin to feel better, your life becomes better and so does your health. I encourage you to try this and I promise by the end of the day you will feel so much love inside of you and begin to live in your own truth, which can be one of most liberating things we can allow ourselves to feel in this existence. Plus an added bonus is that everyone around you will feel that positive energy they will respond to you with that same beautiful kindness.

Ways to start living with a positive mind:

1.) When an ugly thought comes into your head, simply swipe "left". But really,  dismiss it. Try to recognize why that thought came into your mind and then replace it with a positive one.

2.) Compliment yourself. If acknowledging something physical about yourself doesn't feel natural yet, starting with thanking a body part. For example your eyes for allowing you to see or your feet for always taking you where you need to go.

3.) Be patient with yourself. If you make a mistake, don't beat yourself up with negative words, instead think about how you would console a friend and take that approach with yourself.
