When is comes to balancing our chakras, there are foods that help aid in its proper alignment, For the root Chakra that would be beets. This sacred Chakra is one I naturally struggle with, when imbalanced it can cause low energy, increased and generalized anxiety, loss of connection to your roots and who you are as a being as well as difficulty of letting go of things. When balanced, you are grounded, have clarity, confidence and are happier.
