This little tonic is filled with magnesium and calcium and is perfect for adding it into your weekly routine!

INGREDIENTS

2 HANDFULS OF KALE, DESTEMMED

1 BANANA

1 PLUM (YOU SUBSTITUTE FOR PEACH OR NECTARINE)

A HANDFUL OF CLEAN  STRAWBERRIES

1/8 CUP HEMP SEEDS

1/8 CUP GOJI BERRIES

2-3 CUPS WATER DEPENDING ON DESIRED CONSISTENCY

 

BLEND ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN YOUR FAVORITE MIXER
