Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is loved by so many and offers great health benefits, the most common being weight loss and debloat. It's a pretty simple recipe considering this one only requires the main ingredient. 

HOW TO TAKE:

DILUTE 1 TABLESPOON APPLE CIDER VINEGAR INTO 8 0Z WATER 3 TMES A DAY.
